Super Phase Rummy is an exciting new card game that takes the popular "Liverpool Rummy" and adds a twist. With special cards and improved rules, it offers a fresh and enjoyable gaming experience.
The objective of Super Phase Rummy is to be the first player to complete all 10 game phases, each with defined card sets. The rules are easy to learn, making it suitable for players of all ages.
A game phase in Super Phase Rummy is a combination of cards and can include sets, runs, cards of one color, or a combination of these. 'Runs' consist of 3 or more cards in numerical order, while 'Sets' consist of two or more cards of the same number. In addition, there are 'Color Sets' which consist of two or more cards of the same color.
The gameplay involves drawing a card from either the deck or the top of the discard pile at the beginning of each turn, and then discarding a single card at the end of the turn.
Players can complete phases by meeting the requirements and playing extra cards that fit into the phase. For example, if a phase requires '2 sets of 3', you could play three 4's and three 6's as part of the phase. Hitting onto other phases in play is also allowed after making a phase.
The round ends when a player plays all their cards from their hand. The player who goes out first wins the hand and scores points from the remaining cards of other players. Players who completed their phase move on to the next phase, while those who were unable to complete their phase have another chance in the next round.
Points are scored based on the cards played. Cards from 1-10 count as 5 points each, cards 11-12 count as 10 points each, skip-cards count as 15 points each, and jokers count as 25 points each. The player with the most points wins if multiple players have laid the last phase.
